In the last 10 years, advances in column and particle technologies have taken small molecule HPLC separations to a new level; particles have decreased in size from 10 micron down to 2 micron or smaller and are available in fully porous as well as superficially porous morphologies. More recently, these advances are being applied to HPLC of biomolecules. This webinar will present new particle technologies and their application to the separation of proteins and peptides, with an emphasis on reversed-phase and size exclusion chromatography of biotherapeutics.

By viewing this presentation you will learn...

  • About new developments in particle technology that improve performance of protein and peptide separations
  • how small particle size exclusion chromatography can dramatically improve throughput and resolution
  • about application of alternate mobile phases for LC/MS of polypeptides
