To meet or exceed the requirements of recovery and sensitivity of pesticide residues in edible oil analysis, a key factor is to keep the lipids out from the sample extract without significantly losing the residues. We evaluated the clean-up efficiency of new "Enhanced Matrix Removal-Lipid" sorbent by monitoring phosphor lipids and then developed an optimized extraction method for high fat food.

By attending this webinar you will learn...

  • Effective analysis of pesticide residues in edible oils by GC-QQQ
  • How to quantify phosphor lipids using LC-MS/MS
  • How to optimize the clean-up procedure
  • Method validation results
  • Stoichiometry considerations
